Branded email

Branded email is email at your own domain, you@yourbusiness.com instead of a generic @gmail.com or @hotmail.com address. It makes you look established and trustworthy, and A1 Digital sets the whole thing up so you never touch a DNS record.

Why branded email matters

  • Trust. Customers take info@yourbusiness.com more seriously than yourbusiness123@gmail.com.
  • Consistency. Your email matches your website and your brand.
  • Deliverability. Properly configured authentication keeps your emails out of spam folders.
  • Ownership. The address is tied to your domain, which is yours, not to a free account that could vanish.

How it works

We configure everything on the technical side:

  • The DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) that make email work and stay out of spam
  • Your mailbox or forwarding setup
  • “Send as” your branded address from the email app you already use, if you prefer

You just read and send email as normal, on your phone, in Gmail, or wherever you like.

What is SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

These are the three email-authentication standards that prove your email is really from you:

  • SPF lists which servers are allowed to send for your domain.
  • DKIM cryptographically signs your messages so they can’t be forged.
  • DMARC tells receiving servers what to do if a message fails the checks.

Getting these right is the difference between landing in the inbox and landing in spam. We handle all three.

Adding more inboxes

Your plan includes branded email. If you need additional mailboxes for staff (for example sales@, accounts@), those are available as a small add-on, or you can add them yourself through your email provider at any time.

FAQ

Can I keep using Gmail or Outlook? Yes. We can route your branded address into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail, so you keep the app you know while sending and receiving as you@yourbusiness.com.

What happens to my email if I leave? Your email account and its contents belong to you. Because it’s tied to your domain (which stays yours), you keep it, see Cancelling & your data.

Will my old messages transfer? We can help migrate existing mail in most cases. Tell us your current setup and we’ll advise.

Can I have a group address like info@ that several people read? Yes, that’s a shared inbox or forwarding setup. Just tell us who should receive it.

Branded email pairs naturally with your website and lead capture, one consistent, professional front door for customers.
