We sell the work, not promises about outcomes we can’t control. This page is deliberately blunt: here’s exactly what you can expect, what no honest agency can ever guarantee, and why doing the right work consistently is what actually pays off.

What we promise

We promise the work, the things we control and do every month:

• Your site built, live, fast and secure
• Your Google Business Profile set up and managed
• Articles published on the schedule for your plan (5 on Complete, 15 on Premier)
• A reviews system in place and running
• Lead capture working, forms, chat, instant alerts
• AI-search files and structure in place so assistants can find you
• A clear monthly report of what’s actually happening

What we don’t promise

We will never guarantee:

• A #1 ranking on Google
• A set number of leads or sales
• A specific amount of traffic

Anyone who guarantees those is either guessing or gaming something that gets penalised later. Google’s algorithm is private and constantly changing; AI assistants vary their answers by phrasing and update over time. No one controls those outcomes, so no one should sell them.

Why “guaranteed rankings” is a red flag

If an agency promises position #1, ask how. The honest answer is they can’t, and the dishonest tactics (link schemes, fake reviews, cloaking) risk getting your site or Google profile penalised or banned. We’d rather keep you safe and growing than make a promise that backfires.

What if I don’t see results? We’ll show you the data and adjust the work, more or different content, profile tuning, GEO checks. What we won’t do is invent a number to keep you happy. And with no contract, you’re never trapped, see Cancelling & your data.

Do you do anything risky to rank faster? No. We only use methods that are safe and within Google’s and the AI platforms’ rules. Shortcuts that risk a ban aren’t worth it.

Can you at least estimate results? We can share what similar work tends to produce, framed honestly as a range, never a guarantee.
