What we need from you

Getting started is light work for you, that’s the whole idea. We need a handful of basics to build your site and set up your services; everything else we can create or fill in as we go. Here’s the full list so you can have it ready.

The essentials

• Your domain (or let us register one for you)
• Business basics, name, what you do, your area, opening hours
• How to contact you, phone, email, WhatsApp
• A logo if you have one (no logo? we’ll sort it)
• A few photos of your work, team or premises
• A short description of your services, rough notes are completely fine

Nice to have

• Any existing brand colours or examples of sites you like
• Your Google Business Profile login (or we’ll create one)
• Social media handles if you already have them
• Any reviews or testimonials you’d like featured
• A sense of the pages you want (we’ll suggest a structure)

How to send it

Whatever’s easiest, email, a shared folder, or photos straight from your phone. There’s no form to wrestle with. If something’s missing, we’ll prompt you for it; we won’t leave you guessing.

What happens next

1. You send what you have. We review it and ask about anything missing.
2. We build your site and set up your services, usually within 3-5 business days.
3. We show you a preview. You request any tweaks and approve.
4. We go live, and start running everything for you.

FAQ

I don’t have a logo or photos, can I still start? Yes. We can launch with the basics and create or source a logo and imagery as we go. Don’t let missing assets hold you up.

What if I don’t have a domain yet? We’ll register one for you in your name, it stays yours, see Cancelling & your data.

How much of my time will this take? About 15-30 minutes to share the basics, plus a quick review of the preview. After that, you can step back, see How it works.

Can I add more later, like booking or payments? Yes, you can start simple and add online booking, payments or more pages whenever you’re ready.
