Social media

Social media management means we keep your profiles active with regular, on-brand posts, planned, written, scheduled and published for you. Your business looks alive and trustworthy, without you spending an hour a day on it.

Why an active profile matters

  • A dead profile puts people off. When a potential customer checks your last post and it’s from two years ago, they wonder if you’re still trading.
  • Consistency keeps you top of mind with past and potential customers.
  • It reinforces your other channels. Active, consistent profiles support Google and AI search, more places that confirm who you are and what you do (entity clarity).

What’s included

  • Regular posts written and scheduled for you
  • Published on your profiles on a consistent rhythm
  • On-brand, your colours, tone, offers and photos
  • Tied into your monthly content, so articles and posts reinforce each other
  • You stay in control, suggest topics, offers or events any time

How it works

  1. We agree the platforms and a posting rhythm that fits your business.
  2. We plan, write and schedule the posts.
  3. They publish automatically; you can review or steer the plan whenever you like.

Which platforms?

The ones where your customers actually are, commonly Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile posts for local businesses; LinkedIn for professional services. We’ll recommend the right mix on your call.

FAQ

Do I have to come up with the posts? No. We plan and write them. You’re welcome to suggest topics, promotions or events, and we’ll build them in.

Can I approve posts before they go out? Yes, if you’d like an approval step, we’ll set one up. Many clients prefer to leave it to us once the style is dialled in.

Will you reply to comments and DMs? Posting is included; active community management (replying to every comment/DM) can be scoped, ask us. Quick enquiries can also route through your shared inbox.

Which plan includes social media? Social media management is available as part of your managed presence; scope and platforms depend on your plan. Ask us for details.

Social posts work hardest when paired with fresh content and a consistent Google profile.
